The Ho-Chunk Nation Legislature, Housing, and Ho-Chunk Housing and Community Development Agency (HHCDA) hosted an Open House event on Friday, August 16 in Lake Delton, Wis. One duplex in the Ho-Chunk Prairie Homes was open for viewing.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held September 13, 2018 for the six duplexes totaling 12 new rental units on Giebel Road, off from Fern Dell Road. Each duplex has a two bedroom unit and three bedroom unit.
The rental units are not income based and are regular tribal rentals. HHCDA assisted with the construction of the rental units and the Ho-Chunk Nation Department of Housing Property Management Division manages the rentals.
