2 Name of Graduate
3 Hoocak Name (Optional)
4 Parents/Guardians Names
5 Place Graduating From
6 Degree Name (for college grads)
7 Future Endeavors or Extra-Curricular Activity
The 2024 Graduate Showcase will appear in Issue 12, which publishes
June 28.
